Our Mission
Corporate Women Association exists to improve the position of women in business through equality, inclusivity and education. We aim at training all our members and volunteers to become more confident through mentorship and by providing them with
valuable and transferable skills, as well as experience for applying to internships, jobs and volunteer opportunities.
Our Vision
Corporate Women Association strives to bring awareness about the gender inequalities existing in the corporate world. By targeting young students and graduates, we aim at bringing competent and confident women into the workforce who will bring a positive and long-lasting change. Furthermore, we aim at sensitizing people who do not identify as women about the issue to ensure that the leaders of tomorrow foster an inclusive corporate atmosphere that respects all.
