International Women's Day Booth 2026

In honor of International Women’s Day, CWA set up a booth on 9 March at the entrance of Hermes 1, KU Leuven Brussels Campus. The booth consisted of a photobooth, IWD-themed postcards and flowers.

The booth aimed to create a visible presence on campus and share kindness within the community. Students stopped by to take photos, pick up postcards, or briefly engage with the booth, celebrating International Women's Day.

In addition, five women on campus were given free flowers and chocolates as a small gesture. This action reflected the broader idea behind the event, that acknowledging the day can be expressed through simple interactions, such as simple as giving compliments, sharing smiles, and reminding each other how amazing we are.
